Kèr Spùfùdnùg (Spù /ˈfʊdnʊg/ [literature; prose] [drain]) is a subtropical Town located in Kîfayêqo County, Àbíhbwip Provence, within the Dalandic Empire.

The name Kèr Spùfùdnùg is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Spùfùdnùg was founded by Pemalis Nanner Goiē̼o, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Kèr Spùfùdnùg has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 23°C (73°F). Overview

Kèr Spùfùdnùg was founded durring the early 15th century in fall of the year 1414, by Pemalis Nanner Goiē̼o. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Pemalis Nanner Goiē̼o.

Kèr Spùfùdnùg was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Spùfùdnùg is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Kèr Spùfùdnùg is buildings are arranged arround a network of restrictive cobblestone streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Kèr Spùfùdnùg's frontieer-style defences are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.

Kèr Spùfùdnùg has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Kèr Spùfùdnùg ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. Even with that as it is, everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or much of both. The town should be gone, not dying. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Kèr Spùfùdnùg was attacked by savage koboldss living nearby. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Kèr Spùfùdnùg lost 158 people, 311 livestock, and 56 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 74, when members of Kèr Spùfùdnùg's militia enacted an operation to recruit a particular solgiers group. The operation was complicated by thick blankets of fog, which hid friend and foe alike. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in defeat for Kèr Spùfùdnùg's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Kèr Spùfùdnùg's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
